     A Telesma is a gemstone imbued with a spirit by a being of divine power. In Savage Worlds Telesmae (plural form of 'Telesma') help characters and have access to certain abilities.

From the Savage Suzerain rulebook

     Balm: Your character's Telesma can soothe his fatigue, reducing the fatigue tracks by a single level once per day.
